Woodview Village Apartments is a family owned and operated business. We are nestled in a scenic 10+ acre corner of beautiful Marquette Michigan.  We are close to all of the city's amenities yet in a private and peaceful wooded setting.

PET POLICY

We are now a pet friendly community. Dogs and cats are welcome at Woodview with an approved pet application.  Restrictions apply.  Stop by our office to pick up an application.

OUR TEAM

We know that life gets busy, and you have a lot on your plate! That's why our dedicated maintenance team works hard to ensure that your walkways are shoveled and salted in the winter, the lawns are mowed in the summer, and the leaves are cleaned up in the fall.  They are quick to respond with your maintenance requests and will make every effort to get the job done quickly and efficiently.

TRASH REMOVAL

For your convenience, we have placed dumpsters throughout the Woodview Village campus. No need to buy special city bags, worry about trash day, or stress about overloading the trash can.

PARKING

Here at Woodview, we have a large parking lot with plenty of tenant parking. No need to park on the street and risk getting a ticket. Our lots are spacious and well lit and we even have overflow areas for your guests.
